1. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free metro delivery to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide on all orders. Delivery to regional areas may incur an additional charge — please contact us at info@magico.com.au with your postcode for a quote before placing your order.

Q: How long does delivery take?

For in-stock items, metro delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the time your order is confirmed. For pre-sale items, the estimated lead time is shown on the product page — usually 6–8 weeks. We'll send you a tracking update once your order is dispatched.

Q: Do you deliver to regional or rural areas?

We currently offer free delivery to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide metro areas. For regional locations (e.g. Wollongong, Geelong, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast), please email us at info@magico.com.au with your postcode before ordering — we'll confirm availability and any additional delivery costs.

Q: Will my furniture be delivered to my room, or just to the door?

Our standard delivery is kerbside or door-to-door, meaning our courier will bring your item to your front door or ground floor entrance. We do not currently offer room-of-choice or assembly services, but you're welcome to contact us if you'd like to discuss options.

Q: Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking details within your estimated dispatch window, please contact us at info@magico.com.au or call (02) 8806 2828.

Q: What if I'm not home during delivery?

Our delivery team will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable time. If you miss the delivery, they'll leave a card with instructions to reschedule. Please ensure your contact details are correct when placing your order.


2. Orders & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

Q: Can I use the SAVE30 discount code?

Yes! New customers can use the code SAVE30 at checkout to receive $30 off their first order. A minimum purchase of $500 applies. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive the code and be the first to hear about future promotions.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to amend or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@magico.com.au or call (02) 8806 2828. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to cancel it — please refer to our Returns Policy instead.

Q: I placed an order for a pre-sale item. When will it arrive?

Pre-sale items are made to order and typically take 6–8 weeks from your order date. The estimated lead time is shown on each product page. We'll send you an update when your item is ready to dispatch and again when it's on its way.

Q: Do you offer AfterPay or Zip Pay?

We currently do not offer AfterPay or Zip Pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. If you'd like to discuss payment options, please contact our team.


3. Returns & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?

We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. To initiate a return, please email info@magico.com.au with your order number and photos of the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that — please don't worry, we'll make it right. Take photos of the damage (including packaging) immediately upon delivery and email them to info@magico.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Q: What warranty do your products come with?

All Magico Home furniture comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers structural faults and material defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse or improper assembly.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?

Email us at info@magico.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Our team will assess your claim and respond within 2 business days with next steps. We aim to resolve all warranty claims as quickly as possible.

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different colour or size?

Yes, exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at info@magico.com.au to arrange your exchange. Additional delivery charges may apply.


4. Products & Materials

Q: What is sintered stone / travertine? Is it durable?

Sintered stone is a premium surface material made by compressing natural minerals at extremely high temperatures (over 1,200°C). The result is an incredibly dense, non-porous surface that is heat-resistant, scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, and easy to clean — making it ideal for dining tables and coffee tables in busy Australian homes. Travertine is a natural limestone with beautiful organic veining. Our 9mm travertine panels offer the same practical benefits with a timeless, natural aesthetic.

Q: Are your sofas pet and kid-friendly?

Many of our sofas feature fabrics that are suitable for everyday family life. Our chenille, suede, and performance fabric sofas are designed to be durable and easy to spot-clean. For households with pets or young children, we recommend choosing a fabric with a tight weave and a removable cover where possible. Q: Do your products come flat-packed? Is assembly required?

Most of our furniture is delivered flat-packed and requires some assembly. Each item comes with clear assembly instructions and all necessary hardware. Assembly is generally straightforward and can be completed by two adults in 30–60 minutes. If you encounter any issues with assembly, please contact our team.

Q: Are your timber products FSC-certified?

Some of our solid timber products use FSC-certified timber, including our Victorian Ash table legs which are FSC-certified and finished with a low-VOC clear coat. Product-specific sustainability information is listed on each product page. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to email us.

Q: Are the colours accurate in your product photos?

We work hard to ensure our product photos accurately represent the colour and finish of each piece. However, colours can vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. If colour accuracy is important to you, we encourage you to visit our Greenacre warehouse by appointment to see items in person before purchasing.

Q: Can I request a fabric or material sample?

We don't currently offer fabric samples by mail, but you're welcome to visit our Greenacre warehouse by appointment to see and feel our materials in person. Book an appointment via our Contact Us page or call (02) 8806 2828.


5. Showroom & Warehouse

Q: Do you have a showroom I can visit?

We have a warehouse in Greenacre, Sydney, where you can view a selection of our furniture by appointment. We do not have a traditional walk-in showroom, but we're happy to arrange a viewing time that suits you. Please contact us at info@magico.com.au or call (02) 8806 2828 to book.

Q: Where is your warehouse located?

Our warehouse is located at 61–65 Roberts Road, Greenacre NSW 2190. It is open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST. Please note that visits are by appointment only — we ask that you contact us before arriving to ensure someone is available to assist you.

Q: Can I pick up my order from the warehouse?

Yes, warehouse pickup is available. Please select the pickup option at checkout or contact us at info@magico.com.au to arrange a pickup time. Pickups are available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Please bring your order confirmation email when you collect.


6. General

Q: How do I care for my furniture?

Care instructions vary by material:

Stone & sintered stone tops: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. The surface is heat-resistant but we recommend using coasters to prevent marks.

Fabric sofas: Vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment. Spot-clean spills immediately with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the fabric.

Solid timber: Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. Use furniture polish occasionally to maintain the finish.

Leather: Wipe with a damp cloth and leather-specific conditioner every few months to prevent cracking.

Q: Do you offer interior design advice or styling consultations?

While we don't offer formal interior design services, our team loves helping customers find the right pieces for their space. Feel free to send us photos of your room along with your questions at info@magico.com.au — we're happy to share our recommendations and help you put together a look you'll love.

Q: Can I buy just one dining chair, or do I need to buy a set?

Most of our dining chairs are available to purchase individually or as a set. Check the product listing for available quantities. If you need a specific number not shown, contact us at info@magico.com.au and we'll do our best to assist.

Q: Do you cater to interior designers or trade clients?
