What if I receive a damaged item?
Items must be inspected within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any damage must be reported to us within this timeframe. Please provide evidence of damage via email to facilitate a replacement. We'll promptly arrange a free replacement for you.
We cannot accept responsibility for organizing a free replacement after 48 hours .Claims outside this timeframe are not covered by our insurers and will not qualify for a free replacement.The shipping provider's insurance only covers claims made within the initial 48-hour period of receiving the goods. Otherwise, the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and assumes liability.
Can I pick up my order?

How do I make a warranty claim?
To initiate a warranty claim, kindly complete and submit the Return, Damaged Items & Warranty Claim form. Provide your contact details along with proof of purchase, item and model number, and a concise description of the product issue. Support your claim with relevant evidence such as photographs and videos. Once received, we will proceed with processing your warranty claim and liaise with the supplier accordingly.
