Shipping Policy
Your items will be delivered by one of our trusted courier partners to your designated front entrance, door, reception area, foyer, or any suitable parcel-receiving location. Please note that couriers are unable to assist in bringing goods beyond your front door. Additionally, our courier partners cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery times or dates. We will notify you via email once your order is en route.
By accepting this policy, you permit us to authorize the courier to leave the item in a safe place if you are unavailable. If you do not wish to authorize this, please leave a note at checkout or email us at info@magicohome.com.au or call us at 02 8806 2828 .
If you choose not to authorize the courier to leave the item in a safe place or there is no safe place, it becomes your responsibility to be available to receive the shipment or make suitable alternative arrangements. You will be responsible for covering any additional costs incurred for re-deliveries or adjustments after dispatch.
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them separately at no additional shipping cost to you.
We strongly advise that someone be available to assist the driver in unloading large, heavy goods. Please note that delivery drivers do not transport large items upstairs, and it is the customer's responsibility to arrange assistance. Large item deliveries are door-to-door, and it is your responsibility to transport the items from the door to the desired location on-site.
Drivers deliver heavy products only to the front entrance of single-level houses with flat driveways. For apartments or challenging sites, assistance may be required to move the products.
Faults, Damages, Missing in Transit, or Stolen Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items within 48 hours. If you discover any damage, incorrect items, or faults, notify us within this timeframe. Provide evidence of the damage via email so we can arrange a replacement. All items are dispatched in brand-new condition, checked for defects or missing parts before shipment.
If the item received is damaged, of poor quality, or faulty, we will assist in logging the warranty claim with our supplier or the insurance claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund. Faulty items must be kept uninstalled and on your premises until we receive confirmation from our team, as the supplier may request the items returned.
Claims for damaged or faulty products made within 48 hours are eligible for replacement or refund. We cannot offer compensation for electric or plumbing bills. Claims beyond this period cannot be accepted as our shipping company cannot guarantee that any damage occurred post-receipt or during installation.
If a part of your order is missing in transit, please contact us for assistance. If your item has been delivered but subsequently stolen, please file a police report and provide us with the case number to proceed with the insurance claim.
Change of Mind Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind returns policy for all products, subject to the following conditions:
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- The refund amount will be issued once the item is returned in resellable condition. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
For furniture, we cannot take responsibility for variations in appearance due to lighting differences in your home.
To initiate a return, please email info@magicohome.com.au with supporting images. Our team will assess your request, and if approved, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit.
All returned products must meet the following criteria:
- Be in their original packaging.
- Not be installed.
- Be in resellable condition.
Please ensure the product is securely packaged for return shipping. Returns will not be approved if the product is damaged during shipping.
Delivery Information
After placing your order, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days for small, non-bulky items, and 5-6 business days for bulky items requiring pallet packing. If any item is not available for dispatch, we will notify you by email. A tracking link will be sent to you upon dispatch.
Once your order is dispatched, any amendments will fall under our "change of mind" policy, and associated costs will be the customer's responsibility.

- NSW Rural/Melbourne Metro: approximately 3-5 business days.
- SA/QLD/VIC: approximately 5-10 business days.
